Customization & Ownership of Designs

By submitting a custom design through our Bag Builder or any other tool, you grant Primo Sport the right to use your design to inspire future products.

All designs created using Primo Sport’s tools, whether customized or not, are the intellectual property of Primo Sport and may be used for promotional, marketing, or design purposes.

Primo Sport will not use personal information (e.g., names, jersey numbers) in promotional materials without your explicit permission.

Order Process

Custom orders are final and cannot be canceled or changed once production has started.

For bulk orders, a 50% deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a review.

Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Production Timelines

Custom products are made to order. Individual orders typically ship within 7-10 business days, while bulk orders take 2-3 weeks, depending on volume.

These timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

Fundraising Campaigns

Organizations participating in fundraising campaigns must adhere to the agreed-upon terms, including minimum order requirements and payment deadlines.

Proceeds from fundraising campaigns will be disbursed within 14 days of the campaign’s conclusion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Primo Sport website, including images, text, and design tools, is the exclusive property of Primo Sport and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Privacy Policy

Primo Sport values your privacy. Personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for processing and fulfilling your order.

We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to complete your order (e.g., shipping services).

Liability Disclaimer

Primo Sport is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as shipping carrier disruptions or supply chain issues.

While we strive for accuracy, product colors and details may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes or display settings.
