Custom Orders
All Sales Final: Due to the personalized nature of our custom products, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
We encourage you to double-check your design and customization details before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.
Non-Custom Products
Exchanges Only: Non-custom products may be exchanged within 30 days of your order confirmation if they are unused and in original condition.
How to Request an Exchange:

- Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on non-custom products. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Warranty Policy
Primo Sport guarantees the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. However, our warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover:
Normal Wear and Tear: Products naturally experience wear over time and through regular use.
Neglect or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, exposure to harsh conditions, or failure to care for the product properly.
