Can I buy Primo Sport products if I’m not part of a school or team?

Absolutely! Our Bag Builder allows individuals to design and order custom duffle bags and other products directly through our website.

Customization

How do I customize a bag?

Use our Bag Builder to select colors, add logos, personalize with names or text, and preview your design in 3D. Once you’re satisfied, place your order directly online.

Can I upload my own logo?

Yes! You can upload your school, team, or organization’s logo during the customization process.

Will Primo Sport use my design for other products?

We may use your design to inspire future products. However, personal details (like names or numbers) will not be included without your permission.

Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Custom Individual Orders: 7-10 business days.

Bulk Orders: 2-3 weeks, depending on volume.

Can I rush my order?

Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How does the fundraising program work?

Team Orders

What’s the minimum quantity for a bulk order?

Bulk orders start at 10 items for most products. Discounts are available for larger quantities.

Can each bag in a bulk order be personalized?

Yes! Bulk orders can include individual customization, such as names or numbers, for an additional fee.

Returns & Warranty

Can I return or exchange my custom order?

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check your design before submitting your order.

What if there’s a defect in my product?

If your product has a manufacturing defect, email [email protected] with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order. Warranty claims do not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by neglect or abuse.

Can I return a non-custom product?

Yes, non-custom products may be exchanged within 30 days of your order confirmation, provided they are unused and in original condition.
